The verse today comes from Ephesians 4:29.
"Don't use foul or abusive language. Let everything you say be good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them."
It is so easy to complain. We can always think of situations that would be worse off than where we are now. Instead of cursing and complaining about our position in life we should look to the positive and encouraging things. I't's amazing how much of a difference it makes!
