Day Sixty-Seven of the 86 Day Challenge

Today is the Sixty-Seventh day of the 86 Day Challenge.

The Verse for today comes from Ephesians 4:26.
"In your anger do not sin."  Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry.

It's horrible going to bed angry.  When you try to get comfortable the anger gets bigger like a thick black smoke trapped in a house.  Better sooner than later to let the smoke out of the house so you can breath.

What this verse is saying is when we get angry we can do and say stupid things that we wouldn't say.  Later;  regretting it.  Then if you go to bed without straightening the fight out it can become worse.  Holding that anger in your heart becomes a grudge.  Even the word grudge sounds like sludge!   They are both very much the same.  Messy,  gross,  and smelly.

Don't make a habit of holding onto grudges;  all you'll do is just push the ones you love the most away.
